Booking Policy
1. Schedule and arising services
The schedule and other additional services (food, kayaking,…) are agreed upon by 2 parties for each trip and adjusted according to customer requirements.
2. Regulations on board
The agent commits to informing customers of the following regulations on board:
- Customers are not allowed to bring weapons, explosives, stimulants, or other prohibited substances according to the law on board. In case of violation, Vietyacht Club will immediately terminate the service without having to refund any fees.
- Customers commit to comply with the regulations and instructions on the safety of the crew during the time of using the service.
3. Service change and cancellation policy
All notices of changes and cancellations of services must be notified by the Agent to Vietyacht Club in writing or by e-mail and must be confirmed by Vietyacht Club. Details are as follows:

- In case the customer wants to change the service usage time due to subjective reasons, depending on the availability of the boat, Vietyacht Club will create maximum conditions upon request. The customer will have to pay a fee equivalent to 10% of the booked Service value when changing the service usage date on the boat booking confirmation.
- Departure times may be subject to change due to local weather or tides. In this case, Vietyacht Club will not charge any change or cancellation fees if they arise.
- In case of force majeure, storms, floods, ships are not allowed to sail at the request of state management agencies, or other technical problems, Vietyacht Club may not be able to provide services to the Agent as confirmed. Vietyacht Club will try to support the Agent to the best of its ability by transferring customers to another boat of equivalent standards to Vietyacht Club or other units. Vietyacht Club will bear reasonable transportation costs and other costs incurred when transferring customers to another boat or other service providers in Ha Long Bay. Before transferring, Vietyacht Club will immediately notify the Agent. The Agent commits to support and cooperate well with Vietyacht Club to bring the best benefits to customers. In this case, the Agent has the right to cancel any service without incurring cancellation fees. Vietyacht Club will be responsible for transferring any customers from Ha Long Bay.
- To ensure the regulations on managing visitors to Ha Long Bay as required by the authorities, you are required to provide a list of passengers using the service with full information: Full name, date of birth, ID card number, or passport to Vietyacht Club at least 01 day before the date of service use.
4. Payment
- Please pay 50% in advance immediately after receiving the Booking Confirmation.
- 50% of the remaining amount will be paid no later than 02 days before the departure date.
5. Useful Information
- You should wear comfortable, cool clothes when boarding the cruise.
- You should bring a swimsuit if you intend to swim.
- Please do not bring food and drinks onto the Cruise unless agreed upon in advance between the two parties.
- For safety reasons, children under 6 years old should not participate in the cruise tour.
